Coop Respawn as Gunner Wish

An interesting possibility...

Say you are shot down as pilot, and are killed or captured. You *must* refly as gunner at least one mission (how long a mission)? Maybe you fly as gunner until you get a gun kill, then you can get to be ace fighter pilot again!

When I was planning my own dynamic campaign generator, I was going to offer the option of being forced to "come back" as gunner and THEN a pilot of an aircraft that is assigned to you (not by choice). Better, you could have option of being restricted to one nation only. ie...if you flew Axis on Easter Front, and if you fly CR.42 you "come back" as Italian gunner and later Italian pilot. Something like that. Or German, or Romanian...or any nation if that's what you choose at campaign start. I stopped playing FB/PF long before I was at this stage of development.
