i reached the reactor, she talked to me, and i destroyed all the monsters around the reactor, but i dont able to summon her...
I am making something wrong ?

Left click on the generator; you have to do it a few times. Then she will be all charged up.

What is it? Hadar is not responding? I've heard before of that problem. Is it solved yet?

It is now conclusive that patch 1.7 makes whole Upper Hadar completely unresponsive. I verified it many times and it is 100% consistent if patch 1.7 is applied....

Well, that looks like serious problem, funny, I have 1.7 patch and it works fine with me

Workaround:

If in Upper Hadar, reinstall game to degrade it to 1.6.5 (or lower) complete all upper hadar quests, and install 1.7 patch again...

Chop1n -> I hope you was able to go through the Lina quest well.
