1st option: This forum (1C Company Forum) should also allow a attachment (of course not too big) directly in your thread ! Please try that.
2nd option: If you read the message on your rapidshare link:
The only thing you have to do with your file is to tell rapidshare
if only Premium account or Collectors account members may download it.
I would recommend that all user (also free users) shall be able to donwload it. There must be an option in the upload page
3rd option: Use fast-load.net . It is also completely free and very fast downloads. Its in german though.
But there should be many other free host/uploade-pages:
