same problem here, win 64bit but single core processor!

Operating System: Windows XP Professional x64 Edition (5.2, Build 3790) Service Pack 2 (3790.srv03_sp2_gdr.080813-1204)
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3200+, ~2.0GHz
Memory: 2048MB RAM
Card name: Radeon X1950 Pro
Display Memory: 512.0 MB
