You could count Geysir as a Mass Effect Spell.
Lightning can also be seen as a "special" Mass-Slow-Spell since it jumps to more targets with higher level and can reduce the Action Points to one for each of them. (very effectiv against these large armies of dragons)

I know for sure that dispel, slow and doom do NOT have mass effect at level 3

No, they won't. These spells are single targeted.

By the way, I never understood what are the benefits of higher level Dispels. Descption in spellbook is just not clear enough.

Dispel:
Level one: All Effects from one of your Units (positive and negative)
Level two: All Effects from one Unit
Level three: All Positve Effects from enemy, or all negative Effects from your unit

Ah, got it.
So you need 2nd level to affect enemies, and 3rd level to prevent losing beneficial effects from allies or dispeling penalties from enemies.
