Laptop - Game Won't Start

To clarify, I run the app - the computer tries to start the app for a while. It appears in the processes. Then it just gives up, nothing happens, and it disappears from processes.

Your video is very slow for KB. And on such systems the game runs very seldom. Try some hints in this thread: http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/showthread.php?t=3891
