Leadership Banner question

The amount does scale. At first i got like 20 points per banner, now around level 12 i had a few that gave around 40 points.

I actually tested this. I waited to pick up all the banners on the starting island til i was level 6. They gave the same amount as if I was level 1. I believe the scale is WHERE they are located. Not what level you are.

In general, as some of you has probably also noticed, the game makes every random decision so much before it matters that you can't really save/load to get an extra edge in anything that's random, which I think is great!

So if i skip 1 banner i 1st location and come back for it at lvl 10 or 20 it will give the same amount of leadership as it did on lvl 1?
Im asking couse info like that comes in handy when you trying the game on impossible.

Yep. I've tried this myself. The best tactic for banners it - Get them when you see them

In the russian manual there was some kind of scores for different areas of the game. The higher the score the harder the area was. I think that last one was 95 while Elven lands were 55. I think the banners depends on those scores. Too bad i can't find where exacly they were in the manual. Grrr
