Where did you find information about patch 1.6.5? The Russian site only lists patch 1.6.4 released on September 9th. I can't check gamersgate myself bought, it says that this product has been blocked for my country (their loss, my money went to Atari).
Also, according to the Russian site, patch 1.6.4 is build 34206. Build numbers are probably different for the same patch for different localizations, but the patch notes say that one of the changes was that now the time gauge (the two "circular lines" that grow up around a crest) when moving between locations is now blue. My download from Atari, 1.6b7 build 32746, has green lines. I'm not far enough into the game to figure out if any of the other changes are in the Atari version or not.
