Sorry to hear that. Send the bug report and an impacted savegame to support(@)1cpublishing.eu. I have always gotten a reply.

I asked the support guy if he could get somebody to sticky the reporting process on the boards and I got a lame answer about how it would just make too much work since the devs are "probably" reading the forums anyway.

Considering how we've never seen a dev post (not to mention they might only speak Russian) I think we should report everything preventing our fun.
