Is there any solution to the sudden crash after first portal? I very much want to buy the game, but not if I can't play it.

Anyone have any trouble with no sound. The demo runs great but no sound music or anything.

Running xp, onboard sound (which every other game I am playing works fine

I have experience something unsual ... a bug

When you are talking to a npc and he requires a response (world) and you are attacked at the same time, the locks up. You cannot save, but you can load (and guess what? ... correct... last up to date save I have is autosave... wich is like 30mins old... )

Look at the beginnig of this thread, there are several solutions to solve this problem. But first of all download latest drivers for video card and DirectX 9.0c.
