Yup...

I'm having exactly the same issue. Game is completely unplayable. Forums all over the internet show this is a very common problem with the Mac version, whether Steam, Humble Bundle, or directly purchased from 1c.

I've tried resetting all the graphics settings and nothing works. Will have to ask for a refund, I guess.
