Freeze happens bacause of antivirus, especially Kaspersky Antivirus. I tested it, now places where game freezed are playable again, not a single freeze for 4 hours of non-stop gameplay. So turn of antivirus when you play, looks like game engine has some issues working with some antiviruses.
