Physical copy has been out for months in Europe... you can easily get it from Ebay or Amazon.
Not that you should, mind you. This game is still far from fully patched... I'm waiting for the last terrible bugs to be fixed. Got tired of fixing them myself (I am here to play, not to work as a beta tester/bugfixer modder) - went back to playing Crossworlds.
