@P38L: I don't know, how the new feature of 'reading the resolutions out of the system specs' will work with your triple setup - none of us has that - we will want to have your feedback of course.

nope ... i just know guy who made his own mod for three monitors
each monitor 1920х1080 with total resolution is 5760х1080

Not sure if this will work for you, but this is the best I could do for my setup.
Change your center monitor to a resolution of 1440X900
Change your 2 outer monitors to a resolution of 1152X864
Change your conf.ini to

FullScreen=1
