If you are using the TF mod and you install this on top if the stock REDUX campaign you will be able to just continue your campaign from where you were up to.

To check that you have successfully updated to the TF Mod version, you will see 'TF MOD' in yellow letters in the lower right corner of the campaign poster screen.
