Can't Join Il1946 Stock Servers

I only get this with stock 4.11.1 servers...is it possible this is caused by CheckRunTime? Maybe because I'm using Windows 7 x64?

My ping is good on these servers so I don't think its connection issue. I know CRT checks games files, but i reinstalled from scratch and the game isn't modified at all, yet I timeout 1 on these servers, even foreign servers that are stock 4.11.1

I just checked those servers under v4.11.1

All three loaded fine after using the GsJme switcher from HSFX to v4.11.1.
And also a clean installation of v4.11.1 on another drive worked fine.
Also...
I was able to join IRSS with HSFX on but timeout 0 on the other 2 due to the wrong game version.

Time out 1 is associated with file mismatches probably due to corrupted/modified sfs files in the stock version.
