Here is a link to Vagabonds excellent IL2 Skinning Tutorials. Although this is Photoshop the Principles are the same with Gimp. I used these tutorials when I first started making Skins and I have always used Gimp. There are NO voids with Cliffs of Dover so just use the Blank Template instead. You wont need the "Remove White" with My CLOD Templates Click on url at top of link to Watch ALL the videos on Youtube and then practice.
