Regarding problems:
1. Right-click, hold and move mouse to move camera, either in combat or overland map (Restricted to 180 degrees in combat but it should do) 2. Options -> Combat Animation Speed -> High. It's a pretty unintuitive dropdown among technical graphics options, so it's easy to overlook. 3. eh.. never bothered me  Hope this helps
