Basically:

Using in game record feature:

Record a video of some action (Esc > Start recoding, type a name for file, hit OK)
Play this video (with in game player) - turn off "show interface"
Turn off the cockpit view ("Wonder Woman" view), gunsight
Start record new video
After, with a video edit software cut, change to grayscale, add effects, etc.

CloD record feature tend to not record some effects...

And please, while making movies dont pan around with mouse - the number one error of game movie makers.
