Do you mean Verify Integrity Of Game Cache?

If so, open up Steam, right click on 'IL-2 Sturmovik: Cliffs Of Dover' on your list of installed games, select 'Properties', 'LOCAL FILES', 'VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE'. This will make Steam search for and re-download any of your Cliffs Of Dover files that may have been deleted or corrupted.
