one of the desastersoft reps at simhq gave a tip a few months ago on how to get your AI friendlies to behave better, it had something to do with initially ordering them to get close to you, and then issuing the next command (eg, if they are close enough to you, they will then follow your command)

is it possible maybe to edit their expert level in the ini file before the flight ? maybe they are all set to rookie and dont know what they are doing  just a thought !
