Just the difference between the bombardier/ gunner standing (to man the gun) and sitting in the last pic. From external view look in from the front and you will see him standing with his knees against the seat.
In the beginning I too thought so but the ghost and the bombardier are two different persons...the bombardier wears the luftwaffe blue uniform and he has moustaches.
