It actually is possible since all you need is a boat that is IN greenwort, then you can fast travel.

Conversely, you can "commit suicide" and you will also go back to the homeland.

There isn't a time limit, so I wouldn't worry too much about it. You won't get in trouble. Also, are you sure it is Christa? Christa is a gold digger... she wants 1M bucks.

I think it is the "rage" girl. You do get +4 more rage on top (up from +24 to a total of +28 rage) and when you ask her for "rage" in dialog mode she will fill your rage to the maximum value.

Not really worth losing game time for in my opinion.
