Someone must be home ...I politely asked a similar question a week or so ago ( very politely I might add..) and had the post deleted by one of the editors...so someone must be at least looking at these posts from time to time...I really wish Customer relations were better- more sophisticated...or have a few pics from BoM from time to time ...sigh...

I see nothing deleted just this thread you started last month.

Unless 1C are deleting threads without trace we only soft delete so we can look at each others moderation decisions
and keep track of reported posts and PM's etc so there always a permanent record of deleted posts for scrutiny if another moderator needs to help.

Oh yes, they are indeed being deleted and if you can't see them, there must be a higher level censorship at play here.
