Hi.
I figured it out, you can go to the options screen in the main menu and select plane. There you can change you ammunition and save it as custom names. I now have a profile called Test-E3 and can use this where i want. |

I can "use" these profiles as well, but in fact the ammo doesn´t change at all. I just get another name displayed before i start the mission but the ammo stays the same.... ![]()

That method doesn't seem to work for me either. It suggests the default has been changed in the mission weapons loadout screen but when you fly the mission it uses default.

Can anyone tell me how to select/change or even use the different types of ammo/weapons in the FMB or the QMB?I have been following these posts but all of the various buttons such as "insert, remove, add, deleteand even the custom/default in the "Loadout section",have no effect. Its as if they are "greyed out".I can't figure out what I am doing wrong, unless some of my files are corrupt or something.I have the latest Steam patch 1.11 or something.

There, if you select a plane, you can find the Loadout-Menu in the plane options. (You have to klick on the "..." somwhere. Sorry, I don´t know the path exactly...).

If you save a modified mission in QMB you can then copy its file to Single Missions folder and open it in FMB for editing. It is possible to fly an edited mission directly from FMB top left menu (something like "Fly this mission" command). Thus it does not take more time than QMB. Also these missions will be available via Single Missions game menu.

This issue remember me a third part utility made for European Air War - EAW Control Panel - that allow you configure many things without use of game GUI - in case not available.
Since CloD configs are text files (.ini) I think this is not difficult to implement in it. Similar to IL-2 Mat Mannager, IL-2 Joy Control, or russian IL-2 Config, but to configure leadouts. Sokol1 |

OK,thanks for the advice.I'll try this. All I really wanted to do was try out the sci-fi weapons on the Su-26,just out of curiosity of course, but every button seems inactive in the loadout screens, with what I've done so far.I'll try saving a mission in FMB and copying the file over manually.
