No, everything is working as intended - the Royal Griffin Regal ability specifically says it increases the moral of lvl1-3 humans - paladin is lvl4.

it writes just humans, and, in KB AP i had +1 morale to all humans includings paladins

If you are using the language mod, I haven't updated it since the most recent patch, so it will have all the old descriptions. I need to merge the two together so that it is truly up to date .

No it does not, it writes level 1-3 - vanilla install!
