In TL you forgot Ultrax , getting dragon eggs. If you go there and just take eggs and run away without fighting 3 dragon battles, there is no way to return there later when you`re strong enough to fight so that`s around 3x4000 exp lost.
As for Crossworlds there is :
1) on Uzala , orc islands talk to all npc in tents/shops before talking to heroes standing around (hunter quest gives you more exp if you kill hero, then brontor army).
In cave, before attacking enemy hero, talk to him and take quest to kill frog on Dersu island
2) on Shetera, demon island dont attack any enemy hero before talking to every npc there. There are 2 quests that give you reward for killing enemy heroes, so if you kill them before taking quest you`ll lose around 10K exp.
3) ... i`m not sure if there is any more.
