Oh, sorry. Hadn't realized I hadn't contributed.

Royal Griffs have a tendency of being available at:
a. The Guard Captain Renli, in Greenwort, after doing Iron Richard's (in Arlania) Quest. No fighting required.
b. Getting 1 of the 3 artifacts to the Prince Consort a.k.a. the only guy who could've married Amelie who probably wouldn't get her pregnant.

first didnt work in my case, and where i can find one of those artifacts?

They're the main quests that pop up after you talk to him when you first arrive in Greenwort. Yeah, that pretty much means you won't be able to use royal griffs for a while, unless you can find them elsewhere.

when i give him heart, only new units i get is red dragons, and cause i play with humans i cant use them

Are you hoping for the Regal ability boosting morale? It's bugged, and doesn't give morale to humans, last time I checked.

i think that he gives 1 morale to humans when he is the army but i dont need that cause i have high and good morale, i just love royal griffins, and second ability, always counterattack, fly...

Yeah, it's supposed to, but it doesn't. Like I said, bugged. I haven't checked after the update on Steam, though.

Yeah, can't think of a unit to replace those with. It's unfortunate that you wound up without Royal Griffs. I have hundreds in stock on my game, but I don't use them.

Not even the Mysterious Parcel would help, since that doesn't give you Neutrals. Maybe try some other Level 4? Battle Maidens are good, and they don't have morale issues with humans.

Just keep using the wanderer spell till you get them - or reload and change the area to alter the random generator

I've also gotten Royal Griffins from the Song of Wind wanderer scroll. though you're just as likely to get regular Griffins or other flying creatures except Dragons.
