Hehe, hey Nitrous, what are you like.......Pink tail and Dangermouse on the cowling!!,presumably your not going for a historic skin then mate?

I almost choked on my Rice Krispies when I saw this, this morning, lol.

Looking forward to seeing you in that bud.

C:\Users\"USERNAME"\Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover\PaintSchemes\Skins

Inside the "Skins" folder, you'll find a bunch of folders, (one per aircraft).

So, if you have downloaded a "Spitfire MkI." skin for example, you'll paste the download into the "Spitfire MkI." folder.

You choose it whilst you are in the menu screens, before you fly you'll get a choice of 'Player plane',this gives you the choice to choose the skin you want to fly in during the flight you have chosen.

Re ATAG,I'm not 100% sure but I think only you will be seeing the skin, the other players will only see a default skin, but I'm not sure on that.

I'm sure they'll be someone who'll correct me if I'm wrong.

Hey Chris,

Just been going back through this thread for a decent Hurricane skin and hats off you've really created a fine choice for us all, many thanks mate.

Hope you're still flying, Keets has been creating historic Bob missions facing hoards of the buggers and I'm loving the Hurri. Check it out ~

Cheers fella.

Matt,

If you want a 'custom' Hurribus let me know what you want, it will only take 15 mins to do.
