Well, that's disappointing news because, as I stated above, I am completely unable to assign any buttons or axes at all on any joystick I plug in. The game simply refuses to allow any input from the stick while trying to assign buttons or axes.
I have the Steam version of the game. Is there any chance there's a difference between the Steam version and the fully-patched retail version?
I'm grasping at strawers here. I know people are using both sticks that I have and they work perfectly fine for them but they're not working for me. Ugh.
