I may be wrong but weren't the Blennie engines started by ground crew and impossible to restart in the air in real life?
Probable yes, but in game:

Shutt down engines turnig off fuel and/or magnets:
If the engine dont go cold just with "windmill" of propellers engines start again after turn fuel an magnets on. Dive a bit to help.

Flying throug clouds, if you close radiators ~60 % and turn on "Carburetor heat" engines dont kill.

If you dont do this and engines kill and go cold, select one engine and press "I" dont help - probable due absence of ground crew.

But if you have spare altitude try this:

Put throttle in ~5%, close radiators, turn on "Carburetor heat" and dive.
With luck propeller "windmill" turn engines on.

In my attemps I get one engine ON - at very low altitude.

Need await warmup until move throttle, leave radiators close, "Carburetor heat" on and watch temps.

After get some speed and altitude, I am able to repeat the precedure and start the another engine.
