Song of Svartalfaheim gives too much initiative <-- still present
Sense Weakness bug appears to prevent enemy critical hits <-- mostly fixed, but you're actually losing 1% off your chance to have the skill kick in
Destruction isn't activating/Rage abilities can't crit/Spells can't crit <-- they still don't have crits enabled for spells or rage attacks
