some cloud missions here

as a mission builder I'm using them

- only thing is the airframe icing effect seems to be stronger in release than previously- even with thermal intensity set to zero

My current plan for campaign releases is to include cloud but have a folder of 'no cloud' missions for those who's rigs won't cope.
