Join a squad, fly 1 hour a day, and talk to them, the higher the ammount of true-born speakers the better, but if there are some weird accents in the mix it will also improve your compreension skills.
The el cheapo version of a language course abroad.
Imho the best option.
PS: Make sure it's not local squad from Mississippi or Oakland...
