Hi
If you're referring to the "splash screen" (the spinning globe) then as far as I know this only has a detrimental affect on ATI cards. However, if you want to get rid of it for whatever reason go to your IL-2 Cliffs of Dover directory. Then go to: parts\core\gui and then delete the little globe icon.
