Launcher crashes 100% of the time, shortly before the mission loads. I have repeatedly attempted the update, cleared the cache, verified cache files in steam (in many different orders) reinstalled Direct X, reinstalled .NET 4.0 (from the redist folder), removed my newer V C++ and tried the one in the redist folder, cleared the cache, manually placed files in each location, updated nVIdia drivers, etc. I'm on Win XP 32bit, and have no issues running the official version.

I went online on the Atag server. My plane spawned in the tall grass.I was able to see the grass by looking down at the rudder pedals.

There was still the pop up clouds.

When I landed I was not able to cut off the engine. The clickable magnetos and fuel valve did not seem to work. They worked for starting.

Well as long as there are non functional backvieuw mirrors on the Britisch planes it is an acceptble cheat to me.
In a 109 I can as I should look behined me in ahurri or spit not so much.
with the open canopy in most backward sitting position one can look along side the tial to the back.
So Give me a mirror and I wont do it any more.

Hi Eco,

Hate to tell you, but I bet your problem lies with WinXP. Do you have any plans to upgrade to W7 in the future? IMO, it's the best windows OS by far and worth the upgrade without even considering it would probably fix your IL2COD.

OT but needed an answer: everybody consciously driving a car know that you see nearly nothing in a rear view mirror. Driving, You are only lucky tht everything happens directly in your flat six.

A pound of hamburger ... and blablabla

Has nothing to do with the fact that dead six is a blind spot without the mirror.

So you admit to being a cheater, but you justify it in your mind because the mirrors don't work.

Okay.

Have you ever flown a 109? Well, then you know whats a bad visibility. Its everyones choice thou. I knew it was possible to dump the canopy in a 109 and have no increased drag post patch and i still didnt use it since i dont like exploiting. And sorry but thats exactly what it is. No matter wich side it does.

I know i wasnt asked in this question but nonetheless: I tried everything. As i staded in another post in this thread their profilevalues set SLI to "force single". So in fact deactivates it. When changing manually to AFR or AFR2 achieves the same results as post RC2 (unplayable stutters and no better performing FPS-wise than post patch).

I think you have bigger things to worry about what with the more realistic RAF performance now, and the correction of DM's.
