Stuck on Level 9.

Can anyone help me? I am trying to get either the Warden's or Doctor's uniform, with no way of getting them. The Warden's are all surrounded by guards and the Doctor is surrounded by Nurses and guards. What am I missing here? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
