Vimeo footage is H.264 .mp4 codec. Firstly do you have your codecs up to date? Maybe install VLC Player?
Secondly, there are known issues with Vimeo on Android Devices (maybe Windows 7 too). Are you viewing it on a PC or Smart Phone/Tablet? Just asking first  Cheers, MP (PS. I will be releasing the film on Vimeo....I hope you can sort the issue out!)
