Just found out there is a 177 that was reported to be 80% done already.
Scrap one more project. Didn't realize it would be this hard to find a plane to make. |

I wouldnt count the 177 as a sure thing. Its been many years in the making from various different sources.
At this point though people are starting to do F-14's and 18's because there aren't any other aircraft to do! A lot of modders have begun to refine the current aircraft models, with great success and wonderful results.

The Curtiss Hawk III biplane, and the Lockheed Hudson come to mind, as does the Lockheed Ventura, which is probably the most overlooked aircraft to serve in the Pacific. It was ubiquitous in the day and now almost totally forgotten.
