I have to admit that I don´t know much about the develomenthistory, but to me it seems like Luthier was left behind with a big mess to clean up. And BoM will tell if he did a good job or not. I won´t judge Luthier for something he can not fully be held responsible for...

I'm not accusing him of anything, other than to say that he knew what state the game was in before it was released, the pre released videos showed no problems at all with CLOD, but it turned out they weren't in game footage they were movies like some of us suspected. We now know for sure that Oleg had gone over a year before the release of CLOD. Anyhow thats all history, the point is that Luthier has an oppertunity to put the record straight with this final patch and I hope he can.

In every organisation there`s a perceived leader/CEO call it what you like and usually their elevated position means that when the crap hits the fan they have to take it on the chin. Mr Shevchenko is the perceived leader therefore he will be the one taking the flak, same in all businesses if the job turns into a croc the gaffer gets it in the neck.

I hope they do fix the game and if they do it will be via the next edition, I`ll buy it as I support all the flight sims by buying them, however this dev office needs to take a serious look at it`s PR because as has been stated repeatedly it sucks big time. As an aside if you bothered to read Tree`s objective posts more objectively you might find out he usually says it as it is whether you like that or not depends on your standpoint.lol.

I suspect luthier only got the position simply because he was there. Not because he's a talented project leader. Looking at his past projects I've found him to be largely concerned with gimmicks and prone to leaving things unfinished. I think he would be better off in a support role and a trained professional should take his place.

AOA both guys have huge over inflated egos and feelings of self importance that you normally would normally only see coming from a politician.

Take Luthiers questions thread, he among other raged about the lack of communication and he has a point, BUT an objective person would see this as a chance to improve the communication... what did he do ANYTHING BUT THAT he and the other naysayers filled the thread with useless, insulting "Questions" that B6 had to then flick through trying to find the decent questions.

I mean come on chaps do you not see the irony here... from this self appointed judge, juror and executioner.

I am sure I will turn on the TV tomorrow and see him throwing his slipper and then burning an effigy of Luthier.

So much anger over what a £30 to £50 piece of software while you sit in front of a PC that costs almost ten times that amount, the mind boggles it really does.
