Go to google Put in" Launcher stopped working on Cliffs of Dover"
Then Visit Steam Forum Theres a thread on this problem.
It will Tell you which Files to remove in Steam.
I followed instrructions and i don,t get this problem any more.
You will have to launch Steam before you start Clod But it all works perfectly now.
