I'm not exactly happy about the way the braking button works in 109 though. Currently, when you press the button, the braking power goes directly to 100% -> instant face plant and a ruined prop. Not very nice when taxiing/landing. They should've done it how it worked in the old IL-2, as in, when you pressed the button, the braking power would slowly start to increase from 0% to 100%. This worked really well. I currently have no toe brakes on my (DIY)pedals, and I'm quite certain that I'm not alone in not having them. I have made an issue about it in the bug tracker: Gradually increasing braking power with braking button.
