He means that he thinks your computer is too slow to run CLOD well...
Personally I think your system is not bad at all.

Maybe if I were you i would overclock the CPU (+CPU cooler) and a Nvidia GTX670. Then your system will be up to date again!

My system has run CLoD like butter from day one, but thanks for your concern. I have never had a problem with stutters, crashes, etc. My issues have always been the lack of features, content, stupid AI, bad sounds or no sounds, vibrating shadows, popping up scenery; 60 second gun bursts from AI, no QMB like IL2, and on and on and on.
