Sooo .... is there any update or work around on this AMD issue ?

I do have 4.09b1m running fine using the old version of mg_snd_sse.dll (Sempron2400+, and as with everyone else running old Athlons - 4.09b falls over with the new dll) however it would be nice to try the new sound dll.
