joinign a squad as nothing into it, jsut try and find someone flying online with a tag "E69_Pupo", and ask them if they are recruiting. Alternatively just do what i did, get into the most populated server and shout "IM A NOOB, lookign for a squad, anyone interested?" - i got bombarded with PM's and in a squad the same day.

http://www.escuadron69.net, its a spanish speacking community. if you are a spanish speaker feel free to join, if not, its a tad bit harder, not becouse i dont want you there, but because many members dont speak english.
when i started flyign and joined a squad in the first place i couldnt tell a hurricane from a truck, so you aree already better than me.
Finally, if you are afraid to jojn a squad because you cant take off, i wil lteach you that privately in a hour or two, had me on steam under E69_pupo, after you are done with that i will redirect you to a squad of your interest.
