FPS didn't change much (it was already great) but I count far less stutters as long as I don't set textures to original. Time to buy a 2GB card
 I don't like how tracers look on medium effects setting. Still, medium instead of high cleared up almost all stutters, making the black death track very smooth, especially when all the bombs go off.
