As much as I'd hope so,I doubt it'll be freely accessible,if anything for safety reasons. It has to be said that the accidental finding of unexploded ordnance is quite common in the European continent,so it would surely be useful to construction workers,urban developers etc.

Knowing the Americans it wouldn't surprise me if the acquisition of these databases would come with a HUGE bill: kinda ironic,first we bomb you,then we charge you to know where we bombed you
