I'm not convinced those are in flight adjustable tabs, they look like ground adjustable ones, Similar to what many light aircraft have now.

Yup, they were ground adjustable and the aircraft was pre-trimmed for a specific speed. What Al pointed out is their existence on ailerons, which i was unsure of.

The bug report itself is about the speed they are pre-trimmed for in the sim: 300km/h instead of 400km/h that the manuals specify.

Hope that clears everything up

The 109 never had 'in flight' adjustable trim tabs. The only surface that was 'in flight' adjustable was the stab.
