Default Skin Request: Bf-110 III./ZG26

Hello guys, I have a special request for you skinning blokes:

Günther Specht's Bf-110 skin, I believe sources are scarce on the paint scheme he used, and he didn't use just one paint scheme, he changed them througout the years, personally, I don't have a preference to which paint scheme exactly you use, if it's one that he did use in his 110 at the Battle of Britain, it will be good enough for me.

http://www.asisbiz.com/il2/Bf-110/Bf...8U8+BB%29.html

On the link you can see an image of one of the paint schemes he used, and images of a skin made for IL-2 Sturmovik of another paint scheme.

http://models.rokket.biz/index.php?t...sg7320#msg7320

And here you have a model built and painted as his aircraft.

Another model.

A painting that I would give everything in the world to have a huge full quality copy of, or at least know more about it.

And if there is already a skin like this, a link would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Murilo Specht.

Hi Specht
The closest to the skin you want for this Aircraft that already exists are Messerschmitt Bf-110 U8+AK and U8+KK of 2./ZG26, by Graf.
I have put link Below for both Aircraft.
BTW..I can do it if these are not what you need.
Regards
Keith

Given it's a paint scheme of a real pilot/plane, I don't see why it should be exclusively mine just because I have the same surname as the pilot, history should be accessible to everyone. But that's up to checkmysix, technically, the skin is his.

By the way, I tried the skin last night and it looked gorgeous, I didn't even notice the 'errors', even though I'm supposed to be a perfeccionist.

Can't wait to try the updated version tonight, thanks a million Keith!
