Having the same issues. it does eliveate them a bit if i turn down everything but not a whole bunch. here is hoping for another fix soon

specs:
CPU: AMD Phenom™II X4 970 Black Edition Quad-Core
CPU Cooling: CoolerMaster V8 CPU Cooler
MEMORY: Corsair 8GB (2GBx4) DDR3/1600MHz Dual Channel
MOTHERBOARD: Asus M4A89TD PRO/USB3 AMD 890FX Chipset
Cross Fire Single Monitor (currently 42in Viewable FP 1920x1080 HD TV)
OS: Windows® 7 Home Premium (64-bit Edition)
VIDEO: AMD Radeon HD 6870 1GB GDDR5 16X PCIe
VIDEO2: AMD Radeon HD 6870 1GB GDDR5 16X PCIe
